Key information about BBVAC camps, participation, and support.

BBVAC – Beach Volleyball Academy Camps

  1. General Information. These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, participation, and services provided by BBVAC. By completing a registration, the participant or legal guardian accepts these terms.
  2. Registration & Eligibility. Participation is open to athletes of all levels unless otherwise specified. Minors must provide written consent from a parent or legal guardian. BBVAC may reject registrations that do not meet participation requirements.
  3. Booking & Payment. A booking is confirmed only after official confirmation from BBVAC. Payment must be completed within the stated deadline. If payment is not completed on time, BBVAC may cancel the booking.
  4. Pricing & Membership. Prices may vary depending on participant category. Logged-in athlete accounts may unlock athlete pricing. Group and club pricing is coordinated separately upon request.
  5. Cancellation & Refunds. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@bbvac.com. More than 30 days before the camp start date: 80% refund. Fewer than 30 days before the camp start date: no refund. Transaction and administrative costs may be non-refundable.
  6. Changes by Organizer. BBVAC does not change the camp country or location. BBVAC may change camp dates up to 20 days before the start date if required for operational reasons. No refund is granted solely because of such a date change.
  7. Force Majeure. BBVAC is not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond its control, including weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, transport disruptions, and public health events.
  8. Health & Insurance. Participants are responsible for their own health and accident insurance. BBVAC is not liable for injuries, accidents, or medical issues during participation. Participants must disclose relevant medical conditions before the camp begins.
  9. Code of Conduct. Participants must behave respectfully and follow staff instructions. Misconduct may lead to immediate removal from the camp without refund.
  10. Liability Waiver. Participation takes place at the athlete’s own risk. BBVAC is not responsible for injuries, theft, loss of personal belongings, or third-party incidents except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
  11. Media Rights. BBVAC may use camp photos and videos for website, social media, and promotional purposes unless a participant notifies BBVAC in writing before the event.
  12. Data Protection. Personal data is processed for booking administration, communication, account access, and camp operations in line with the website privacy policy and applicable data protection rules.
  13. Group Bookings. Group pricing depends on participant numbers. A group booking is confirmed after participant details are submitted and the agreed payment or deposit is received.
  14. Group Cancellation. Group cancellation applies to the entire booking. More than 30 days before camp start: 80% refund. Fewer than 30 days before camp start: no refund. Partial cancellations of individual athletes do not guarantee a refund.
  15. Changes in Group Participation. Teams and clubs may update participant names up to a reasonable deadline set by BBVAC. A reduction in participant numbers may affect pricing and requires approval.
  16. Responsibility of Group Leader. Each club or team must nominate one responsible contact person for communication, payments, and participant details.
  17. Governing Law. These Terms are intended for camps coordinated from Switzerland and Europe. The final legal framework, venue-specific rules, and competent forum should be reviewed by BBVAC before publication and adjusted where required.
